You could look at the mess in the US over the Ecuadorean judgment obtained against Chevron. I think it's still a story in progress.

I am interested in any case law or other litterature on anti-enforcement injunctions, particularly from jurisdictions other than England. I refer of course to injunctions to prevent enforcement of a foreign judgment. Self-promotion, as always, most welcome.
